Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Centre – Pay & Play and Terms and Conditions Welcome to Bushy Park, Dublin! You are part of the world’s fastest growing racquet sport’s inaugural club in Dublin, Ireland, based at the exciting, new Centre in Bushy Park, Terenure, Dublin. The terms below apply to playing here.
1. Playing at Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Centre gives you access to play on the tennis, padel and basketball courts at Bushy Park, Terenure, Dublin during operating hours, provided that courts are available and you adhere to these terms.
2. Your annual package is for an initial 12 months. We hope you stay on at the end of this period, and your annual pass automatically continues until you cancel on 1 month’s notice. After the initial 12 months, we will inform you a minimum 1-month in advance before the introduction of any price adjustment. You can also pay & play on our courts. Please refer to our website for the price list.
All debts have to be paid before you apply for new annual pass.
3. For Annual passes: your pass commences on the date you sign the Annual pass Form and pay the fee.
-3 games per week max according to availability.
-Lights fee are non-included
-Annual pass will be suspended if the 40 euro deposit is gone.
4. The 10 Hour Game pass and Lesson Cards are valid for up to six months. After six months from the date of purchase the card expires.
5. If you fail to turn up for a booking made, a standard charge may apply. Please make every effort to arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking time and advise Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Centre if you are not attending a session, so other players can have fun on the courts.
Cancellation Policy
Reminder: You can cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before playing.
Failure to cancel a booking less than 24h from the booking time will mean a standard charge of 50% of the full court fee will be charged.
If you don’t show up for your booking 100% of the court fee will be applied against your credit
Please go to your booking and click on it. If it is more than 24 hours, it will let you cancel the reservation without generating extra charges.
If it is less than 24 hours, you can alternatively send an email to info@bushytennispadel.ie
Your account can be suspended if you cancel more than 3 times in a month
Debts should be paid before your next booking.
Please make every effort to arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking time and advise Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Club if you are not attending a session, so other players can enjoy the use of the courts.
We also wish to remind players that they cannot use the courts for over 90 mins per day unless a special permission is granted by the Club.
At Peak times (6 pm to 10 pm in the evenings and all day on weekends) courts cannot be used for individual training sessions unless previously arranged with the head coaches.
The Club wishes to maximise the use of all courts in the Club. Not honouring bookings due to any circumstances without informing the Club does not help other players. We hope you can all understand this.

- All payments or debts have to be sorted prior to play
- All extra charged will be applied over the person who made the booking
- Bookings can be made it 2 weeks in advance max
- Bookings are non-transferable
- The club has the right to change the court you have booked
6. Players must wear non-marking sports shoes (no matter how cool they look), and you may not be permitted to play without these.
7. Unless agreed otherwise, sessions are for either 60 or 90 minutes (maximum allowed bookings 90 minutes per player per day). (3 bookings a week max) However, you may be able to extend your visit with the prior consent of Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Centre. This will be charged at the usual rate
8. Costumers must use all equipment and facilities in an appropriate manner and with consideration to your own health and safety and that of others.
9. In order to keep costumers up to date with promotions and support services Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Centre and its representatives may contact you. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without permission, other than to the extent necessary to provide your subscription services. Please inform us of changes to your personal details such as address, telephone number and email address so that communications can be made.
10. We reserve the right to withdraw all or any part of our facilities for short periods of time to carry out routine maintenance and for exhibitions, tournaments, leagues and other events. If other circumstances occur that are beyond the control of Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Centre which require the closure of the whole facility for more than 1 week in any 6-month period, your credit will be extended by the period of closure. If such a closure persists for more than 28 consecutive days, you will be entitled to cancel your subscription and obtain a refund for the unexpired term. Passes can not be frozen.
11. Play at the facilities may be suspended during inclement weather. Nonetheless, if you decide to play during inclement conditions, you do so at your own risk.
12. We accept no liability for lost or stolen goods whilst on our premises unless as a direct result of our negligence. Use of the lockers and all contents in them are your responsibility and we will not accept any liability for loss or damage to them.
13. It is the responsibility of the costumers to ensure they use the facilities provided under this agreement. Refunds will not be available for failure to use/play.
14. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a reservation, booking or Membership if these conditions are not adhered to. No refunds shall apply for any reason. The club has the right to move players from courts.
15. You:
-acknowledge your understanding that tennis, padel and basketball may be physically strenuous and know of no medical reason why you should not participate;
-acknowledge there are inherent risks involved with tennis, padel and basketball and the use of our facilities, and that we cannot provide you with any medical advice as to whether it is appropriate for you;
-release and indemnify Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Centre, the Padel Federation of Ireland and their respective directors, officers, representatives and associates against any claims, liabilities, loss, property damage, personal injury, rights and causes of action of whatever kind or nature that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of your use of our facilities;
-acknowledge that to the extent permitted by law our total liability to you (including for personal injury) for any reason is limited to the amount of your annual pass fees; and grant Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Centre and the Padel Federation of Ireland full and comprehensive rights to use photographs or other media of you to promote padel generally.
16. We reserve the right to adjust or amend these terms and conditions as necessary by notice, including by posting revised terms on our website.
